Power Surfacing Viz is a standalone CAD visualization and rendering-prep system with KeyShot bundled. Import engineering models, clean up assemblies, convert CAD data to meshes with IntegrityWare’s world-class tessellation engine, and create product visuals without needing a full CAD seat — and without buying a separate KeyShot license. Prepare and export meshes for other visualization packages such as Blender, Modo, 3ds Max, and Maya.

Position it as a CAD visualization, CAD translation, and rendering-preparation product. It is not a substitute for Power Surfacing Studio or Power Surfacing RE Studio. Those products remain the modeling and reverse-engineering steps in the lineup.

The last phrase matters: without needing a full CAD seat. Viz exists below Studio so visualization and translation work can happen in its own application, instead of tying up a modeling license.

The concept continues the role of nPower’s earlier Power Translators for 3ds Max product, which imported IGES, STEP, SAT, Rhino, and SOLIDWORKS data into 3ds Max for high-quality rendering. Viz serves that same translation-and-visualization job, now in a host environment nPower controls, with KeyShot bundled in the Viz license.

IntegrityWare tessellation — CAD data to meshes

Power Surfacing Viz uses IntegrityWare’s world-class tessellation engine to convert CAD surfaces into meshes. The engine leverages C# multi-threading so tessellation stays very fast on large assemblies and large complex parts. It can produce both low-poly models for gaming and virtual reality and high-density meshes for visualization and 3D printing. Control mesh density so imported STEP, IGES, SAT, Rhino, and SOLIDWORKS models become the right geometry for KeyShot and for export to Blender, Modo, 3ds Max, Maya, and other packages.
